My childhood was a bit shy boy. I was a very quite boy and stay
alone in my room listening music and playing guitar, perhaps
my time has change when I joined Gandaki boarding school it
was a great school and at that time it was ranked Nepal top
schools At the hostel boys were touched by the western music
and soon some of my frens were also in touch of guitar and
I was at the very mean time I was one of them really touched.
Soon we formed a band in our hostel Join the band member Desh
lead Tharan vocal Manoj bass and me myself as rhythm, that
was the part of our first music session doing with oldies
rotten guitar and some don’t have strings too. At the
first concerts in 6 lass we did our own composition song name
Jaba Tyo Batashe Hawa and did well.
In school I was good at everything I remember frens call me
pele I was popular and could do football stunt, and I became
a good leadership in hostel so many time I was touch with
feelings from the beginning though I was quite I make fun
with frens, hey guys If you are listening these notes please
feed back.
After my completion of B.A I went to Hong Kong
and for my life hood I had to earn money so it was my first
job at Hong Kong Gold coast la Casino and there were Nepalese
Didi Ganga Didi Sushma and Arun from Kathmandu and my first
Chinese fren Raymond, who helped a lot for my first job.
A year later I take a flat and my frens used to come time
to time and I had collection of musical instrument so musical
fens enjoy my room and we used to practice every Saturday
night singing English song and Nepali song and I was also
nominated as a singer and guitarist too. So I was touched
of collecting and want to open the studio I told them that’s
was my aim so anyway we were doing great musically too.
We formed band with no name but did shows and
jamming a lot but we didn’t came out as a band we just
passion on music. Then i we found named band named Judas well
the guys were cool but they were not on time and punctual
but it was great to practice with them, then we formed the
band Fatal the fatal did well but still lack of discipline
so I was tired with these guys and left band and I just took
music as my passion and nearby there was Nepalsese social
club Wanchai Hong Kong It was great fun there I used to go
there and sing pop songs and English songs specially memory
Bhanu Dai Congo, samara Dai keyboard guitar Santosh Dai and
was enjoyable every evening birthdays and local Hong Kong

Then in 2002 I went UK cause my whole family
were in UK so I went to UK and Did Advance course in English
and later I meet in our home town Camberley great guitarist
from Madhyanha Ajay Gauchan Yogen on bass who had already
played with Hungray heart and in Amsterdam lakeside and Saroj
from Chakrapath joined on drum and formed band? We named because
we were from different band we did a lot of shows in UK and
we became first band to do English songs and Nepali songs
and live concerts we did opened for and backup for more artist
in UK such asw Kandar,a Lekhali, RodhiSaanjh, Lhoshar, Aastha,
Veemsen Lama, Bhanjyang and more. And we became more popular
and later named as wasted band.
I was at the mean touch I had collected many
instrument I had all the stuffs for the bands and later I
began to collect sound box, amp and soon I gather mixer 24
Mackie and soon lots of sound box and for the concerts so
I opened my own sound company in UK named Kiran sound system
and live equipment I used to be very BG and on Saturday and
Sunday I was so BG that I couldn’t sleep every Nepali
people they respect me and told me you were the fist Nepalese
who gives entertainment and do lots of shows charity program
and so good on sound system and even Rodhi Pariwaqr give me
as a music director name Samewyas on tamu samaj too.I was
also given the award from the mayor of Farnborough Uk.
The wasted Band was my good Band which I worked
hard and earn a lot of techniques and to be known as composition
and do touch of different music I don’t label music
I love all kinds of music one
think my mother was shocked when she was praying early morning
I played the solo from guitar Om Jaaye Jaagadeshaare she thought
It was from radio I told I did from Guitar she said ooh the
guitar also sounds that good.
Before my journey begin it was more inspire
by my frens Ganga Gurung whom
I would be grateful to her and I apologize I have many mistakes
she is the one in my family who inspire me please I am grateful
to you and loved you so much Ganga.
